Refund and cancellation
- You can cancel the service any day you want.To be eligible for a cancellation and refund, your service must have service days left for the expiry.
- If there is no payment made by the custimer for the service even after the payment due date, the service will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be eligible for no refund.
- Customer needs to have the receipt or digital proof of purchase of the service to be eligible for the cancellation.
- Once you cancel the service, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your cancellation request.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the other details.
- If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- If you initiate a cancellation, the initial service charge and an additional cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund.
